My name is Julie Robak. I am a certified life and health coach. I studied at the Health Coach Institute and also completed the Clarity Catalyst course with Jennifer Grace. My extensive training enables me to council others to identify their current situation and design goals that are attainable to their specific health position. The main goal is for the client to feel comfortable sharing their needs, and their end result goals without feeling judged, transforming them from a “Potential Worrier” to an “Active Warrior".

I personally identify problems as "challenges with the potential for growth". Challenges are learning experiences; grow through what you go through.

I started my coaching pursuit to help others feel alive again within their own skin. It’s through confidence within the mind, body, and soul that fulfilling all of their dreams of living their best life of Peace, Love, and Happiness is attainable.

In my adolescence, I helped raise two of my sisters and had no choice but to become independent. I became a mom at sixteen; I grew up quickly. As a single mom, I worked hard to provide for my children, both of whom have come to be strong women. In my professional capacity, I spent twenty years in management, constantly adding to my array of knowledge. In my life I have experienced and overcome toxic love. It is because of these experiences in unhealthy relationships that life has prepared me to be a “doctor of hope". My journey has enabled me to help guide people through theirs. This is why I am excited to offer one-on-one and group coaching programs, specializing in, but not limited to: young mothers, toxic relationships, healing inner child, self-love, positive mindset, and healthy lifestyle.

I do believe that we are all trying to better ourselves. I strive for continuous education and competence as I believe improving myself will benefit me, my current and future clients and empower them to improve themselves.
